Спасибо вам большое. Но, это не конфеты, а карамель! На производстве лучше получатся, чем так вручную тянуть карамельную массу. Конечно во время варки всё понятно, сахар варится и патока ( инвертный сироп), добавляется. Ну в ручную, это тяжёлый труд! Я сама проработала на производстве " Кондитерской фабрике " 27 лет. Но не конфеты это. А карамель!!! Процесс технологии всё правильно. Просто очень много красителей. Благодарю. С любовью Казахстан. Караганда.

I had never heard of this kind of candy so practically the entire video I was stumped, confused, and wondering how the hell anyone could eat something that big and messy. 집에 가다가 우연히 간판보고 찾아갔던 덴데 사탕퀄은 말할것도 없지만 오픈키친? 처럼 되어있어서 구경할 수 있었고 갓 만든 사탕 시식도 시켜줬었음 어린 아이들이 사탕 만들기 체험도 할 수 있고 아주 청결해보임 근데 영상은 넘겨넘겨 되지만 직접 가서 보면 생각보다 작업시간이 오래 걸리는 듯.. 느릿느릿 느낌이라 잠깐 보다 말고 살꺼나 사고 집으로 갔다는
