Yes very true... women need support to build a career... Aarthi is lucky that her husband is home taking care of kids n other household work, mother in law sister in law are home so she can completely be in kitchen n focus on her work...i agree mahi is still young n at times she does disturb her but still to some extent support helps... moreover ur mom's place is forlong distance from ur house so u go once in a week n relax there refresh urself so its like a stress buster from ur work... But imagine there are many women like me who stay away in a different state and visit parents once in 6mnths or once in a year, husband goes for work for atleast 9-10hours they are away from home, v have to take care of our kids on our own whether v are sick or feeling low watever the situation might be... So yes support is very important to achieve ur dreams... I hope n wish aarthi continues to get support and grow in her career in future and i wish all the ladies reading this goodluck😃

So only i m replying in english... Try to take a stand if u want to achieve something very seriously... My parents stay in Hyderabad n im living in Bangalore...im a postgraduate (MPharma) but never got a chance to work, bcz i had nobody to take care of my 4year old son...i feel very bad wen i look at my all India rank cards n certificates...but wat to do circumstances made me sit home... Now i gave up hopes of working in pharma field bcz as a fresher after a long gap it is very difficult to get into a full time job... moreover if i go for a full time job my son wil b alone at home... So now im planning to study again, yes it might surprise u all reading this...im going to strt my B.ed course and go into teaching field where i can come back home by the time my son is back from school...i get holidays no much work pressure, so i chose this... infact my husband never wanted me to go out for work bcz he was not ready to adjust doing some work wen im off to work...but somehow i convinced him now...
