I agree that bwood is not that great but there is a difference b/w nudity and vulgarity.. titanic had a nude scene and it wasnt vulgar.. its also art.. the problem lies in people who think seeing a little bit of skin is vulgar.. Also there is nothing wrong with intimate scenes if its well written and goes with the script..

@@sakinaazim276 the director of titanic didnt put that scene to attract audience and the target audience of movies like titanic dont go to the theater to watch that particular scene and they dont see nudity as vulgarity.. I have been to film festivals and i didnt feel uncomfortable watching intimate scenes or nude scenes in theater because it was not shot in a vulgar way.. some of the double meaning jokes in bwood movies were more uncomfortable in theater than those intimate or nude scenes

Yumna is pure love.🥰Lovely, smiley , good natured girl. I first noticed her in Jugnoo, and absolutely adored her in it. She is one actress who has made her mark in the shortest time span. Her talent is evident from the variations in her roles and she has held her own in every challenging character. I specially love her as a happy go lucky girl, in light entertaining roles. She is fabulous as Mahjabeen. 👏👏👏 Mahjabeen is a simpleton who has a simple mother too and the school girls didn’t like to interact with her much due to her dumbness. She is also not shown to have access to social media. These could be reasons for her naivety towards matters of pregnancy.

What an entertaining interview! Amna it’s always a treat to watch you ask a variety of intelligently structured questions from our celebrities. Just like your viewers ,Yumna was also not expecting the offscreen chemistry wala question from you 😊 but even that felt right and non offensive coming from you. I first saw Yummna in Zara Yaad kar, and loved her character. She's such an amazing and versatile actress, such a pleasure to listen to her speak as a person too. She's absolutely right when she says Pakistani don't follow or promote their culture, we always look to see who we can copy. Family movies and entertainment is such a bonus to enjoy. I too watched 'miracle in cell number 7' and so good to be able to keep yourself in the boundaries of decency/modesty. I hope we get to see Yumna play many more different characters in different stories too than the normal run of the mill that you get to see some other actresses do as they churn out the crying , pathetic woe is me roles.

Yumna is so right abt our films. Most are inspired from Bollywood whether we admit or not. All glamour, no story, dance sequences that don't usually relate to the story. Nabeel Qureshi films are perhaps the only exception as they have good content and look like a film. Miracle in cell no. 7 is truly an art movie. Most turkish, spanish and Iranian movies have good content, but unfortunately we don't make movies like those.
