It's easy to laugh at him because it seems silly but I think this is a perfect example of how he's gotten to where he is. Very disciplined and a lot of pride in his performance and not many artists bother to care about the quality of their own. I think this is admirable honestly.

For me the funniest part was him assembling an audience. The man is over 30 years old. It was so cute! I've always had an impression of Yunho as being ultra serious. This image of him dancing in front of stuffed animals at home has completely killed that.

I guess you're not supposed to be proud (happy)in achieving a goal!!Like making sure you make your FANS happy that they saw & experienced your concert! Most of the time, I've seen during interviews, or some other place where he's asked questions, he is all about TVXQ, Changmin & working hard to make fans happy! Wow. It's terrible the way they make it seem he's so strange! Dancing is a great way to start your day! It is joy. He's right that it stretches his muscles/joints. There's nothing wrong with having pride in your performance. It's cute that he uses the stuffed animals as an audience. It gives a felling that he should work hard on keeping his best.(Btw when they said stop, he was actually practicing the dance for this new MV!)The caption that he's dancing before washing.. if he showered before dancing, he'd have to shower again after sweating.
