김연아는 어린 나이임에도 많은 어린이 뿐 아니라 남자 여자 아이 어른 노인 할 것 없이 깊은 영감을 얻었어요. 피겨 불보지인 대한민국이라는 국가에서 국가대표 1명 홀로 나가는 메이져 대회마다 세계신기록과 금메달을 땄어요. 간혹 실수와 컨디션 난조로 동메달, 은메달 딸때가 있었지만요. 그래서 국민들이 더 큰 기대를 했고 감사하고 감격하고 내 동생이 상탄 것 같이 기쁘기도 하고 또 설레기도 해서 김연아가 대회 나가는 시즌만 되면 국민의 관심사가 되었어요.

김연아의 천주교 세례명이 STELLA였는데.. 김연아아이스쇼에서 포레스텔라가 무대에 선 날은 5월 21일로 한국에선 부부의 날이었어요. 운명처럼 부부의 날에 STELLA(= YUNA)와 고우림이 만났고 연인이 되고 그후 결혼한 하늘이 내려준 부부가 되었습니다. 거의 동화급이죠 ㅎㅎㅎ 진짜 너무 신기했어요.

연아와 고우림이 결혼하기 전에 포레스텔라가 불렀던 champion이란 곡이 있는데 뒤에 배경화면에 한국을 빛냈던 스포츠 스타들이 나옵니다 그 화면에 연느님이 저 파란드레스에 태극기를 들고 빙상장을 돌던 모습이 나와요 벤쿠버올림픽때 저 모습은 아마 대한민국 국민들에게 가장 사랑받는 장면일거에요 요즘도 가끔 연느님 영상을 찾아보곤 하는데 저 장면은 제일 먼저 봅니다
