Look it baffles me and you both, I've been commenting on her performances quite a lot because I can not contain my opinions on her as a person and skater, people like her are very rare actually I've never fell in love with a figure skater ever but she is she just special, subtle and magical and to think that Russian skater won is just bizarre at least if Carolina got the gold I could stomach it just about because of her past successes but God Adelina really??

Yuna always amazes me. Her skating is so smooth it's almost like she's dancing in the sky. Other skaters are too focused on the athleticism and tricks that they forget the art and grace, Yuna has both, the total package. 💕

Another skating season starts without Yuna. How I terribly miss her! There are many wonderful skaters nowadays who are great jumpers and are very exciting to watch. But Yuna was just different. After watching their program, skaters today leave you feeling excited and impressed and awed; but none of them can evoke delicate emotions such as longing, pain, hope, and love like Yuna did. Once upon a time, sports and art had a daughter, and she was Kim Yuna.

하아.... 소치 충격에서 벗어나지 못해 한동안 가슴아파 제대로 보지도 못했는데 둘다 역대급 프로그램.. 샌딘이나 아디오스 노니노나. 2014 올림픽을 러샤에게 뺏긴게 이런 결과를 초래할 줄은 상상도 못했네요.. 평창에서 열렸으면 2연패 성공에 홈그라운드니 더욱 유종의 미를 거뒀을텐데 말이죠. 보고서 마지막에 느낀건 소치 대회 하나로 김연아 선수 그 동안의 선수생활이 보이는 느낌이었네요. 피겨 변방국에서 고군분투하며 성장해 매번 아름다운 모습만 보여줬는데 보이지 않는 검은 돈과 손에 의해 희생양이 되어 아파했던 모습이 보이는 것 같아 짠합니다. 신이 있다면 김연아 선수를 너무 완벽하게 만들어 놓아서 일부러 한국에 떨어뜨리지 않았을까... 그동안 감사했습니다 김연아 선수^^ 이젠 현역에서 뛰진 않지만 힘들때마다 와서 보고 있습니다. 우리 맘속에 영원한 여왕입니다. +Vi Vi This isn't relevant to her costume, but I was just reading yesterday that (according to David Wilson's TSL interview) Yuna was never a "happy skater," and I was remembering (subtitled) interviews I'd seen with her in which her advice to young aspiring skaters is basically to find something to do that's less emotionally and physically debilitating (I'm paraphrasing). And I read she's stopped skating in ATS? It's so interesting that she had this gift and incredible work ethic without all that much heart and happiness. After Vancouver--even at Worlds a month later--you could tell she was ready to hang up her skates. As a lazy and undisciplined person, I find it incredible and really admirable (to an extent). It's also interesting to juxtapose her career with Mao's, who's still training fiercely and still pushing herself to new limits and still perfecting her 3A, despite having achieved so, so, so much. Even after a less-ideal comeback season she's still planning for Korea.
