I'd love to be able to maintain even an ounce of energy lol but ADHD is such a massive struggle, I have a family member with it and it just dragged her into such a mess, a lot of trouble. She wasn't given the right help for years, I hated seeing her mistreated or just passed off as someone with anger issues. It's a lonely illness and still very misunderstood. I'm so proud that she was able to turn it all around, got a job, passed her driving test. I'm not saying the problems just go away but you can have a life with the right help or meds. You're not weak, you're not weird, you're not stupid, you're not the odd one out. You're human. It's an illness. Getting help isn't a sign of weakness nor should anyone judge you for it. You dont have to live for anyone but yourself.

It’s not gonna be clear to you maybe to the song cause you don’t relate to it but to others it does. The awareness of mental health added into those artist listed above and including others who maybe felt like they were misunderstood and outcast. Is breaking some stereotypes the kids who feel that way at a certain time or even now aren’t fully accepted in society and I mean 100% with out anyone judging them or calling them this and that.
