Hi I have got the same tripod selfie stick but I have a problem somehow the little platinum circle that goes in the center and gives stability to the mobile, fell off! and now it can not sustain my camera cause it would always move back forward or from one side to the other ! Is there a way to get a replacement for that little circle ?? Please let me know. It would be ridiculous to buy another one just because that piece fell off.

How do you actually hold it and take a picture using it as a selfie stick? One I had before you just pressed down on the bottom of the stick to take the pic. So is this requiring both hands to take pic? Or do you leave the remote in it's holder? Please advise easiest way to snap pic as tall selfie stick. Thanks

I leave the remote on its holder so that I can press on it with my thumb whenever I use it as a selfie stick. But I usually use it as a tripod.

this just came in the mail and I'm really confused how to take a picture with the remote. I paired it with my iphone and even when I click it -- it will not take a picture.. I have to touch my phone with my finger. Can you do a video showing how to do the picture? Also, do I need to charge the remote to my laptop or is there something else going on?

Ok I'll do a short video maybe this weekend. You need to charge the remote using any power source if it's dead.

oh no what happened to me was not the ball but the silver circle . Without that tiny thing it doesnt work cause that is the one that gives it stability

Hi, I'm just wondering it's strong and sturdy enough to hold a camera (just a normal digital camera). I want to set my camera with this tripod when I'm taking cooking videos. But I'm afraid if the tripod product is too light to hold a camera at a certain angle..hmmm

Hi Jumper Marrow 979: Cool demonstration. It all works well with my iPhone 7 Plus, can take photos and start & stop videos. The only thing I could not find in the directions, if the battery dies in the remote no stops shown how to change battery. • Cheers from The Detroit & Mackinac Railway 🚂

@@evelynconsigna There is an additional setting option in Nova 3i that you will need to do. You need to enable/allow the BT shutter to control camera after pairing.
