I get mine Monday! I hope the spacebar is acceptable and I don't have to tune that bish... Also, the milk switches, from what I can tell they're light and smooth so that's nice considering I plan to use this kb exclusively for gaming since it takes up less space, that's all lol. Thanks for making this video!

I have a budget of $115 and was going to get a cheap hot swap keyboard and mod it. But you've sold me. I'm gonna guess the yunzi sounds better than what I'll be able to achieve with a cheap modded board
@RJBaculo2 ай бұрын
Yeah its crazy. Maybe a year or 2 ago, modding would be the only way to get a keyboard sounding and feeling amazing but now so many keyboards are pretty amazing straight out of the box AND at affordable prices. But yeah this Yunzii is my fave atm, my daily driver.

Excellent video! Subscribed! Loved the sound test comparisons to other boards! How do you like it compared to the Aula F75?
@RJBaculo4 ай бұрын
Thanks for subbing, appreciate it. Yeah, this and the Aula F75 are my 2 favorite at the moment and find myself switching between the 2 for my daily use. If its sound and typing, i think the Aula one is slightly better. But i really love the aesthetics of this AL66 too, y'know.

@@RJBaculo I'm sorry to hear that, I was leaning towards the AL66. Looks so much better.

Thanks friend! If its for an absolute beginner starting into the world of mechanical keyboards then yes magegee mk box is still worth it in 2024. It's a great keyboard to practice modding too.

Thanks for responding to me , and today i saw some reviews on amazon About this keyboard (magegee mk_box) there were too many reviews talking about some keys not working for example the g, r and u key it's scares me .Some peoples are saying that the keyboard is not durable and it feels cheap . Hope I will not get this problem. And also Wich brand is the switches ?

do you know a budget 75% that is not the hi75? or maybe I should wait for future releases? not that I'm in a hurry of building myself a keyboard
@djraven31242 ай бұрын
monsgeek M1? i think those are pretty good aluminium 75%, although i wouldnt call it budget. There's also the GMK81 if ur into a really budget plastic keyboard that can be modded a ton. Also, if u want good prebuilts that are 75% i'd recommend the Aula F75 or the Ajazz Ak820, cos those sound really good without any modding and straight outta the box.
@thetrashman52582 ай бұрын
@@djraven3124 thanks for your input, I got myself the latest iteration of the Monsgeek M1W which is the v3 version of it, paired with gateron milky red pros and the keycaps of my old RK87, it sounds clacky. I already ordered a wob set from shopee philippines but they did not delivered it to me xD, waiting for it so that I can complete my first mechanical keyboard build.

How's this compare to the AK 820 pro?
@RJBaculo4 ай бұрын
They're both similarly priced, hence the value that you're getting a CNC aluminum keyboard with the Yunzii AL66 (the AK820 Pro is ABS plastic i believe). If you want to improve the typing experience even more, change up the switches and keycaps, do a little lubbing, and you've got a near perfect keyboard right there!
