Everyone in the YT community seems to have made out this year with new turntables....I got a toilet plunger for Hanukkah. In all fairness, our AT-LP120 is still going strong after something like 12 or so years.....

Any issues with yours skipping?

I have some slighty scratched vinyls where it does skipping but i found that using an inexpensive weight stabilizer (from Amazon) irons out those skipping.

How did you lube the switches without taking them apart?
@RJBaculoКүн бұрын
Using the claw tool thing, i would pull up the stem and then lube the exposed stem. Not the most elegant or cleanest way but thats what I saw in another video.

Got the non-bluetooth edition as a Christmas gift from my wife. It seems to be the perfect record player for those who don't want to fuss over all the bells & whistles (annoying adjustments) of $500+ units. My previous player was manual, but I just decided having an auto would be less hassle and easier for my wife to use & enjoy. Sounds great just connected to a Presonus Eris pair of speakers. Yeah, it's "entry level", but has everything I need to spin my vinyl classics.
@RJBaculo4 күн бұрын
Woohoo to awesome wives! The LP70x is just a pleasure to use. and you're right, without all the bells and whistles it just lets you focus on the music, stress-free.

I understand that the profiles They are opaque at first, but they are capturing more information, and during the editing process, we can perform Color grading in the best possible way, without losing quality or sharpness. The question is, do you know of any video lessons out there that teach how to do this? I mean, I'm learning about mcpro24fps now, and that's really interesting, I know I can make excellent videos On my smartphone, but I have no idea what to do with these profiles... A

Hey, I know I am late and I hope you see this. Have you tried the redragon k673 pro? If so, which is better? I have heard great things about aula but I just love the color of redragon. I want to use my keyboard for hardcore gaming like valorant but also for typing essays.
@RJBaculo25 күн бұрын
The Redragon K673 Pro is also an excellent keyboard but is somewhat letdown by the generic outemu switches it comes with. You'll find the Aula to have a better sound profile and typing feel because of its more superior switches.
@iqflash75525 күн бұрын
@RJBaculo I am switching from membrane laptop. Is it a good idea for me to get that laptop to get a feel of mechanical keyboards and then later down the line swap them out for some cherry mx switches? Or should I just go for the AULA and then get some keycaps to mod it myself. I want your recommendation on this.

For anyone wondering about switches, the Greywood is reported to have some scratchiness, the Reaper had one of the more smooth sounds with just a bit of thock, they're all linear and besides the slight different in the parameters for each switch the biggest difference between them is the sound, hope that helps.
