kalo pos biasanya skitar 3 minggu kalo dhl paling 5 hari, cuma kalo dhl jauh lebih mahal bayar customnya soalnya dia ada biaya gudang 150an

When I received it, it only had 11%. While using it, it dropped down to 7%. I plugged it in at about 1am. It’s now almost 9am and it only has 86%. Is that normal to take so long to charge? I’m using the cable it came with along with my 100 watt cell phone charging brick.

OMG, you're not supposed to use a phone charger to all of your "peripheral" because it's not "smart" like a smartphone. It's also written in the manual book that you should use a low ampere charger and the one that comes out of the USB port works perfectly. for charging, it's normal for a keyboard since it's not a quick charge ready device

@@adimology Also I’m trying to adjust the time. I tried to download the software for about an hour. There were 2 different downloads, I tried both and got nothing. One appeared to be downloaded, but it said something like, no keyboard detected. The other one had a big picture of a keyboard but no menu or options to click on. Help me please!

batere pasti degrade sih.. sekelas iphone aja yg udah smart gitu 2 taun udh turun ke 85-90%.. pake aja.. colok aja.. batere mah relatif, kalo rusak bisa cari spare part baterai... kalo pengen wired doang, bisa juga baterai nya dicopot dr socketnya.. done
