Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad you liked it. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas as well, and may next year bring you joy and good health. Looking forward to seeing you then! 🎄💖
You did a wonderful job and I love how it changes the feel of the room, BUT how do you open the window for fresh air? 💕🌞🌵😷
@yupinoko16 күн бұрын
Thanks a lot for your kind words! 💕 If I open the shoji screen halfway, I can open the window. There is also another large window in this room, so ventilation will not be an issue. 👍
Thank you so much! I’m so happy you like my style-it makes all the effort totally worth it!

It turned out great😎 I would also make myself only with a New Year's style pattern, and you can put your channel logo on the frame - let it be useful. Good luck in the new year to you and your channel🥳

@yupinoko26 күн бұрын
@yupinoko21 күн бұрын
Порошок матча: 1 чайная ложка Горячая вода: 50-60 мл (для растворения матча) Молоко: 200-250 мл (согревание и вспенивание делают его вкуснее)
@vitalyvalochnik180221 күн бұрын
@@yupinoko да, нагретое молоко более сладкое, оптимальная температура для устойчивой пены 60..65 градусов

Lovely work. If possible, could you tell me about the tape you used for the Shoji to slide on? I will be in Japan in a few weeks and I'd like to get some while I'm there. Arigatou gozaimasu.
@yupinoko21 күн бұрын
The tape I used is called 'Shoji sliding tape', 'Tosuberi Tape' or 'Hikido tape' in Japan. You can find it in home improvement stores. Enjoy your trip to Japan, and arigatou gozaimasu for watching!
@kakman195821 күн бұрын
@@yupinoko Thank you for your quick response. We spent three weeks in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Osaka) in 2019 and can't wait to get back. This time we're heading to Hokkaido - Sapporo, Biei, Otaru etc. I will definitely buy the tape, thank you again.
@yupinoko20 күн бұрын
@@kakman1958 I've never been to Hokkaido, so I'd like to go there someday. I'd also like you to visit Fukuoka, where I live, someday. It's easily accessible and the food is delicious.
Are the adhesive tapes and shoji paper rolls easily available online in Japan as well? Do you have links to your recommended shops or brands for these? Thanks!
@yupinoko25 күн бұрын
They are sold at any home improvement store in Japan and are easy to obtain. You can also purchase them on Amazon. This product is from a famous brand in Japan. a.co/d/9yOYH4T a.co/d/ep42TRj

29 yo chronically unemployed me watching this from my 370€/mo appartment in rural France: "How are you doing, my fellow designers?"
@yupinoko15 күн бұрын
Thank you for watching and for the relatable humor! I’m sure your rural French setting is inspiring in its own way. Let's continue on our unique creative journey!
You'll never get sunburnt behind a glass window (not even tanned). Glass is transparent in visible light but pretty dark in UV light, as UV photons are absorbed by the silicon dioxide molecules, so there is not enough energy in the passing visible light to damage your skin. Nice shoji windows though.

Thank you for the scientific explanation! I'm glad you like the shoji windows.

Japan it seems is all about wood. I could see after 10 seconds into the video it was going to be good. Wood.

You’re absolutely right, wood is such an integral part of Japanese design. I’m so happy you saw the potential in the video right away.
