"Red Alert 2 World Series"
This is a monthly cash-prize tournament that is split into three different game modes: Standard RA2, Yuri's Revenge, and Blitz. For each mode, we separate players into divisions based on their skill level: Pro, Semi-Pro, D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5 (for the noobies).

This channel features a variety of RA2 gameplay, including professional 1v1 matches, 2v2 games, show-matches, multi-player, free-for-all (FFA), tournaments, and cash prize events. We also feature helpful tutorials, strategies, and walk-throughs, with tips/tricks for new players. I focus mostly on PvP, but I also do PvE occasionally, like 1v7 Brutal AI Enemy challenges, Allied Campaign, and Soviet Campaign games.
"Red Alert 2 Remastered" has yet to officially release, but until it does, I've created a variety of custom maps, tiny maps, survival maps, and mod maps to keep us all entertained! We have a great community of players of all skill levels... download the game today, and come play with us! :)

This is a Red Alert 2 game mode of my own creation. Tiny-map, no ore, build oil for money (max 12 oils). All Allied get all Allied bonuses (minus France), all Soviet get all Soviet bonuses. There is a 10min game timer. No engineers allowed.

Very hard to watch when the game play is super fast, that's not how you play RTS, I see why C&C never had a eSports presence, all other RTS, game play speed is set to normal, even StarCraft but here people play super fast

Yeah lot of people can't handle the speed, gotta have ninja like reflexes and wit. Easier stuff has more mass appeal for the pleblians.

@@Iver I won't call it easier, being fast is not the same has being tactical or having strategy, with normal speed you are allowed to make good plays, playing that fast is just pure APM, also the game is hard to appreciate for views, I played C&C I know it is a fun game with high amount of strategy

I'm confused why you're trying to shoehorn yuri into competitive play here. Yuri is just flagrantly busted. Even the one game that yuri lost, you said it yourself. They should have built a tower but didn't.

"Why no yuri" is like the number 1 thing people ask me. It's not my favorite, but a lot of people like it. Yuri also isn't as broken as you think - we run pro series on it regularly, it goes both ways.

Actually (as my top performing video of the past 6 months) the analytics show this video performed better for "most" viewers, and had better viewer retention, as most people skip/leave during the slow parts. But of course some people prefer to watch when nothing is happening - and the good news for those people is 90% of my videos don't skip.

Yeah it's quite difficult to appreciate and understand nuance within a game like this if you don't know it well. I don't blame you at all. It's kinda like a beautifully aged wine. An expert could tell you a story about each individual element of the flavor and write poetry about the layering aromas. But if you're just some random schmuck... You'd prolly think a juice box tastes better.
