Saying a year is man-made is like saying a cow is man-made. A year is literally one cycle around the world. We didn't make it, we just named it. Months, days, minutes, and mesurement of time in general, on the other hand, is an invention of ours. But cycles around the sun, that was a discovery.
@RoflFishFTW6 жыл бұрын
I think seconds are based on something too, like the movement of microscopic particles or something like that, I forget.
@RealmsCrossMyths6 жыл бұрын
@@RoflFishFTW I didn't mention seconds in my list of time spans. I stopped at minutes before moving on to time in general. Though, as a human, I'm imperfect. I could be wrong. This story is abysmally tragic. Some preteen latchkey kid was essentially abandoned by his parents, who didn't even tell him what FUCKING TOWN they went to: just SOUTH, which could be literally anywhere on the continent south of their home. Not only that, but he discovered his new orphan-hood in a goddamn letter with a relatively small amount of cash; mom and dad were either at work or fighting with each other, and now they are just gone. ON HIS FUCKING BIRTHDAY. Next, this oblivious child goes to fill this fresh gaping emotional void with a Nintendo 64, only to have the jerkoff at the counter blow dope-smoke in his face. So this neglected and abused young boy gets high and freaks out while playing Mario 64, sets his house on fire, and jumps out of his second-story window. Which possibly resulted in a head injury and brain damage. When the cops showed up with the firefighters, he can't tell them where his parents are because he doesn't know (probably just told them "SOUTH!"). So author becomes a ward of the state, and gets adopted, but doesn't understand this due to his recent psychotic break and/or brain damage. This is one of the saddest fucking things I've ever seen on the internet.

He named his bike Silver as a reference to the times 90s cartoons made references to The Lone Ranger, I'm pretty sure. And here the name Red Rider was staring him in the face...

Silver has red hair in Gen 2, so it fits.

The most spooky, most surprising thing would be if you uploaded more than twice a year. Just kidding, good to see you back. This is my favorite series on KZbin.

Okay... Um... N64 is a video game system. You know for video gaming... Do not! I repeat DO NOT put try to make love to the game system... That is not what it is made for! Just saying...

No matter how appealing the cartridge slot is, it is NOT intended for human genitals. Common noobie mistake.

I hadn't realised you uploaded any new videos for the past couple of months. KZbin never recommended anything new from you and I probably wouldn't have found out for even longer if I hadn't decided to check for myself.

Awwwwe yeah, more YuriofWind. Your videos, among others, got me through a tough patch where I was aimless and depressed. Listening to these was fun and helped me sleep, so thanks a lot.

I think this might be your best video yet, purely because I can tell how much you’re enjoying making it

I love reading a creepy pasta and half the story being shitty exposition about the author's made-up life. Really builds up the festive spirit.
