when subaru was talking about hajime and how she was paying forward what fubuki did, i think a better way to phrase it is that "hajime does for her kouhai what we're doing for her" from to -> for. While to is correct. i think saying "for" shows better that what was done had an impact positively. Similarly to how Bae said in one of her streams that fubuki reaching out to her as positively impacted her and she wanted to pay it forward when she got kouhai (which she now has).

I always found it funny that Towa and Subaru actually got close because a compatibility test told them their compatibility was terrible lol.
