Yurt Windows: storing plastic window coverings correctly

There is a correct way to store the plastic yurt windows and this is it. Take a watch and don't get creases or damage during the summer months on your window coverings.

I left my windows on and rolled and tied them up on the outside of the screens. Then made the solid covers serve as awnings with legs over the windows to keep out the rain.

Thats a good idea. How many years have you done that? No damage on plastic?

@@throughoureyes5160 I have sincer sold my yurt and now travel full time in my motorhome. But I did that for either 3 or 4 years before selling it. And I rolled them somewhat loosely in order not to damage them. My yurt was a 24' Colorado Yurt and it was made with the tie ups already sewn into the tops of the windows. But even without those, it would still be easy to do.
