I’m shaking my head as I listened to this story. This is why I don’t have a circle of best friends like this. My family is what’s important to me. This is why your kids are judging you all. & This is why alcohol is dangerous! From this story I think your friend was vulnerable for love, your husband is true a cheater, and you are too petty. All these three things together = drama !!!! Because you guys already “fixed” the problem, but you continuted to be petty. Even saying that you didn’t want to contribute to the husband’s funeral, and that if she was single you wouldn’t be her friend. Seen it happen alot with groups of married couple being friends. Its a matter of time when one will catch feelings for another. Let it be a lesson learned for those that are im similar situation. Your kids and family is more important. Have friends too but know your limit on alcohol and spending time with those that are just all about "fun". I dislike men who just don't get it but I also had a bit of experience having a friend and then now I won't have anymore friend girl when I am in a relationship and some girls don't really care, they will become a homewrecker!!
