i love how yusei brought out the majority of his "junk/warrior" monsters and how playmaker brought out all his code talkers before they opted to bring out their respective ace (stardust/firewall respectively)

Nice to have my second favorite duel back. The constant back and forth as these two keep bringing out Extra Deck monster after Extra Deck monster was nothing short of intense. It really did not let up on making you wonder who was gonna clutch the win. The moments where they recognize themselves in the other were nice, especially considering these two don't emote as much as the other protagonists around them. It was refreshing seeing both duelists being recognized as people instead of the invincible dueling machines many people see them as. Side note, but that "You're the best partner ever" edit really tugged at my heartstrings. It really made Yusaku's journey feel like it came full circle.

Do you really think a duel like this would last this long without the specific cards and plays being done here? And I fail to see the "bias" here just because Yusei lost. He lost to Kaiba using anime cards (some of which are pretty busted btw) and arguably one of the best duelists in the entire series. Those are hardly losses to be ashamed of. If YouShow was really biased, he would have made Yusei lost horribly, but instead puts the duelists on equal footing. Yusei is making them work for those wins. And Yusei isn't "losing all the time." Out of his three duels, he's won one. If you're upset Yusei lost, I get that. But in these crossover duels, not everyone can win all the time. The competition is fierce. But no character is really disrespected when they lose, or put on a pedestal when they win. These are just for fun, and we should enjoy them for what they are.

Darkfluid could have negated that in return because Darkfluid's negations aren't once per turn in the anime. Also, both Yusei and Yusaku made suboptimal plays throughout the duel that could have helped them win, but the duel went the way it did for tension. "The youtuber is biased because Yusei lost again." That doesn't mean anything. You're not always going to win. Sometimes you just lose. Sometimes more than once. "You have the audacity to call Kaiba one of the best duelists of the series." No, I was referring to Yusaku. He is arguably one of the best duelists in the entire Yugioh series, with the most advanced deck of the protagonists, has a better dueling record. But since you want to talk about Kaiba so much... "Kaiba hospitalized an old man for a vanilla monster." Blue Eyes was a powerful card in the old days due to the simpler format. He didn't want the fourth Blue Eyes to be used against him. Also, you're using an example from the first episode. If you look at later seasons and the DSOD, he's a much better person even if still an asshole. "He threatened Yugi to kill himself if he lost because he was a sore loser." That's not it at all. He threatened to kill himself because he was desperate to save Mokuba. If he lost to Yugi in that moment, if he lost his one chance to save the only person he cares for in his life, then he has nothing left to live for. He wasn't being a sore loser, he was desperate. "He let cheaters and other shady people into his tournament." Yeah, that's Kaiba for you. I really don't have anything to say here. Dude is just that egotistical. Nobody is denying Kaiba is an asshole and nobody is denying he still has his moments. But he's not an entirely bad person. Its because of his card that Yugi was able to beat Marik. He helped save the world against Dartz and Aigami/Diva. He always does his best to save Mokuba. He's proven himself worthy of being one of the greatest duelists of his generation. "Wow, he won one of three duels." Again, what is the problem? Where is the bias? What is the bias against? Biased against 5DS? It can't be, because Akiza beat Yuri. Is it biased against Yuseu? That can't be either because he beat Nasch and he's racking wins in the Tournament of Power so his dueling record is recovering. Its fine to be upset over your favorite character losing. Its fine. Its normal. I was upset when Sherry lost to Gecko. I was upset when Kaito lost to Judai. But you shouldn't be so mean spirited about it. These videos are intended to be fun crossover duels between legendary duelists from across the many eras of Yugioh. Instead of being salty and calling bias, maybe you should just enjoy the duels for what they are?

I just want to say that to even get to the fight with Kaiba, Yusei had to win four times. Once to qualify for the tournament and three times within it. Many of these fights were purged due to the copyright issues. Regardless, Yusei has never had a losing record in YouShow Universe. He has lost, sure, but right now he's something like 6-2.

Missed the point I guess...playmaker only won because of 2 reasons. 1) the mighty plot armor is on playmaker's side. 2) no video clips of playmaker losing the duel, where as yusei have some. And yet other clips on the anime can be made just to look like he lost.

Plot armor NEVER makes anyone better, it just proves the fact how bad for a main protag he is. Playmaker is more experienced, more skilled, more powerful and even his cards are better, Yusei doesn't win his duels without to struggle in the start, a something Playmaker never shows unlike him.

Your logic is the same as your English on first place. First of all, which era was VRAINS and which era was 5ds??? Playmaker's cards on first place are the stronger, just like a modern meta deck outclasses the old meta decks. Playmaker having a plot is like to say Kaito had plot armor (He was by definition STRONGER than Yuma), yet both had duels they both had a DRAW games, when did Yusei end in a DRAW? Akaba Reiji was an example just like Playmaker, a SKILL and well designed deck, which Yusei didn't have. If Yusei was best, he won't fall to a low bar tier like Kalin, meanwhile if I was to give even Soulburner or Revolver, Yusei gets mopped, meanwhile Playmaker would absolutely destroy Paradox even before they start, while Paradox nearly destroyed 3 main protags. What makes Yusei best besides some struggle at the start and garbage comebacks? Nothing, absolutely nothing, I can even consider him weaker than Yuma/Zexal. Winning streak is what makes the list in a game, so please do me a favor and do not argue about a plot armor of a 2010 dueling against 2017-2019 modern stronger version of a main protag's deck. Yusei won MOST of his duels, because of a damn Shooting Star Dragon, Playmaker had new stuff after EVERY single duel and at least realistic ways of winning.
