The fact that in duel one Doto could have had an anime ending with Majestic Star Dragon vs an Earthbound Immortal, completely messed up by refusing to read either card, lost his Ace monster, and somehow clutched a win on his last possible turn... this is the shit that I live for. When I drew a prismatic cosmic blazar at the anniversary I made myself a syncron/stardust deck and it is SO FUN! Recently crafted shooting majestic Star as well, and got a combo that will get that card out consistantly every time if I can summon junk speeder!

With intensity and past/classic YuGiOh cards and ambience's rugged toughness too. 5Ds is great, GX did it already and is greater anyway. 5Ds was the perfect "new Yugioh" and "new, and modern, characters" possible series though, and it rightfully belongs to the first 3 peak Yu-Gi-Oh series/sagas

Supreme King Jaden's contribution aside, Jaden's friends were probably those that made those duels and created that peak dramatic moments and intensity. Especially Jim (PTSD-worthy turn of events with the Hero Gaia summon) and Axel, they were as real as it gets for how they went in.

So iconic, beautiful, and niche-y play but pretty full of holes, especially compared to the further evolutions. It's a shame because he is strong and he is the founding figure for the two synchro dragons evolutions together with the red majestic counterpart. I was hyped when Doto managed to have the revealing light swords protection and reach the requirements for the summoning.

Love the character duels, especially if it is with 5D's! Would love to see the run back with revamped Kallin/Kiryu. BUT, did you know JAHK AHHTLUS, da Masta of Fasta, is getting his own structure deck? Its out now in the OCG and is coming out a few months later for TCG. If those cards come into Master Duel, I would love to see another character duel with Jack Atlas vs Yusei Fudo. Maybe use 2015's Synchron Extreme for Yusei? Or just use those cards for a basis and add other themed cards as seem fit (I know Synchron Extreme does not have a Stardust Dragon). Anyway, 'preciate the video content, Doto!
