be extra careful when getting these shoes wet they bleed like crazy. Use a dry suede cleaner or just blot constantly like chris did. I got water marks like crazy when cleaning took forever to get em out

Sorry to hear that! Yes! suedes are tough to clean. Cleaning your shoes again can help remove water marks.

How did you get the water marks off?

use a metal tool to reset the knap. Then go in with a regular school white erasor and it should get out @@atlslimeball5805

I like all of your products besides your brushes. Whoever thought it was a good idea to sell wooden brushes with no protectant that belong in water is not smart. After a few uses, mine got all moldy, and I ALWAYS left them out to dry. So I will continue using your competitors' brushes until y'all do better👍🏻

@spidermace but that isn't something I should have to do. If they're gonna sell them, they should take the responsibility to do them right. But they don't care, they use them one-time/one-day and throw them away, unlike what a normal consumer would be doing.

My brushes also fell apart and I told them about them falling apart and they told me that it was my fault because I ( didn’t have their drying rack) . I used them twice and they fell apart.
