*pushes up nerd glasses* I don't think Xayah and Rakan are married, although they are the most lovey dovey out of all the couples in League lore. They were released together, has unique interactions with each other, some of their abilities are straight up more powerful when near each other. They (all except for one skin line, I think) always share skin splash arts, and are even hard coded to always be next to each other on loading screens. The second most (explicitly) romantic couple in League is Lucian and Senna, who are actually married. One of Lucian's dual pistols belonged to Senna before her soul was captured, and he had a brooding, one tracked mind to rescue Senna and/or get vengeance on her captor, Thresh. For the first time in League, his story actually has progress, as him and Senna were reunited, and afterward, his character became noticeably softer and more happy. These aren't even the only love stories in League, as there even more in the League card game Legend of Runeterra. Basically, some designers at Riot are very romantic. I still wouldn't play it on your first date or any date ever, though.
