There is evidence that long-term smokeless tobacco products like Gutka, Khaini, Nass, Pan masala, Zarda, Misheri use may be associated with a greater risk of fatal heart attack and paralysis attacks. Zada tar attacks blockages ke wajah se aate. Bina blockages bhi attack aa sakta hai. Kabhi kabhi heart ke chambers me se clot heart ki naso me jaake attack kar sakte hai. Kabhi naso ki andar ki parat me problems se coronary dissection naam ki bimaari se bhi attack aa sakte hai.
