Thanks Gib! Not my usual stuff but just to show we all like to take on side projects, especially in these times of social isolation. Yuval

Hi Yuval what a great video brought back memories of my brother and i with small guns fireing rubber bands at each other cheers Ian

Thanks Ian! We used to do the same, I grew up in a military base, so my father used to make us the most elaborate guns ever!! :) Yuval

Hey. Really hoping you see this comment. I orcered this from the us and due to customs policy in International shipping, they didnt include the wax. 3 minutes into your video, i can see youre using something. Is that the wax? And is it mandatory for this project?
@yuvallahav Жыл бұрын
Yeah, I didn't get the wax as well, only I didn't know it was because of shipping issues... I used a normal tea light candle wax, any wax will work, it's not a must but it sure would help the working of the gun, it acts like a dry lubricant.
@hueyt224 Жыл бұрын
@yuvallahav wow. Wicked fast response for a 3 yr old vid. So did you just melt some regular candle wax? Seriously dude. Thanks for the response. I can't wait to put this on my pc desk on display!
@yuvallahav Жыл бұрын
@@hueyt224 I got the comment notification over my morning coffee, so I just got in to answer, I don't normally respond so quickly... I just picked up a piece of wax and rubbed it against the wood, the wood is rough enough to friction melt some of the wax and leave it on the wood, it's all the lubrication it will need for a lifetime.

Hi Yuval, Great video and a great working model. At $29.99, less 20%, I'm considering buying one. It just depends on shipping costs. Take care Yuval. Cheers, Huw
@yuvallahav4 жыл бұрын
Thank you Huw! It's a whole lot of fun! I don't think the shipping should that much, as it's a small enough box, very light, and comes out of China, so that's a good deal, and I'm not even getting anything out of it, well, maybe some more models to build and film... :) Yuval

Well that sucks you can't use the shells I thought the shells fire not the rubber band so that sucks
@yuvallahav3 жыл бұрын
Sorry Scott, the shells are just decorative... but trust me, my kids (and me) had a blast playing with it even though it only shoots rubber bands... Yuval
