Honestly i wont suggest bring outside cooked food into plane, especially malaysian planes as your food might be non halal. Be culturally sensitives. Also most airlines wont allowed outside food.

i think decision is up to airport operator, not airline( not sure). in australia, they dont allow bring food in even u buy food in airport before boarding.

很多年前我經常吉隆坡-星加坡兩地奔波，我還帶KFC上機。然後AA就開始不讓帶食物上機。再然後就疫情來襲。直至現在都還沒飛過。
