Thanks for inspiring and sharing! I just made my batch and very nice 👍🏻 After 2 hours Low Pressure in instant pot, I also feel like yet to the texture that I want, so I gave a try to both slow cook and sauté then I get to where I want! So nurturing and yummy, saving tonnes of money too 😆 My ratio: 600 g Crystal sugar 6 lemon 30 g 陳皮 (五年)
