Your resume does NOT show much positive credit as an MD in the States, neither in your research roles or your work & Clinical Experience. By the way, there is a typo in 'software-aided' diagnosis--- where you had typed 'sottware'-----
General is correct. But income does reflect the real world. Resident is just part of education, of course it is low. Intern makes average at $350K, I am at $700K range as chair person. Of course, it is not worth if you only looks for making more money.

You meant internal medicine? Intern ie PGY1 is no where close to be $350k US. I was a PGY1 many moons ago, $35k/yr.
