錦官城裡每日音樂聲輕柔悠揚，
一半隨著江風飄去，一半飄入了雲端。

花卿：成都尹崔光遠的部將花敬定。
錦城：即錦官城，此指成都。
絲管：弦樂器和管樂器，這裡泛指音樂。
紛紛：形容樂曲的輕柔悠揚。
天上：雙關語，虛指天宮，實指皇宮。
幾回聞：本意是聽到幾回。文中的意思是說人間很少聽到。
