Crazier than that, he’s supposedly hundreds of years old due to technology. The suit from what I can tell is pressurized. It shows how decrepit he is, as his insides are no longer pressurized by his tissues. I imagine he’s also paralyzed from the neck down as the artificial hands on the nautilus shell are the ones playing the cards.

I know it is a late comment but the choir I am pretty sure is singing "Son, Tron, Deus" which each wording having a certain meaning. Son means a male or Man. Tron is a suffix used for something that manipulates particles and a machine. And Deus meaning God or Deity. Essentially they are describing Z-One as the Man Manipulating God. Or the Man Machine God (Which makes sense given his Timelords Japanese names).

Honestly, I kind of like how ridicously overpowered the effects of his cards are just by themselves (or at least that's the idea), helps make the pt. that he is pretty much god in a scale beyond the Earthbound or Polar since those are "nation gods" while Z-One's are TIME (read: a fundamental aspect of reality)

@@offtheapex I just started typing random words in a translator after reading his character description. Illiaster refers to him as "God". The few words I got from the translator are "Sanctas" which is either "holy" or "saint". The other word I would guess is either "Deimos" or "Deus". Deimos being a "God of Terror and Dread" in Greek mythology and "deus" being "God" in latin. My guess would be theyre just chanting "Holy God" or "Holy Saint". Something like that. It bothers me that I cant confirm it.
