Z. Why not just make your own mayo? Takes like a minute in a food processor. 1 whole egg 200ml of oil of your choice. (I don't suggest olive oil. You can also lower the oil to as low as 100ml if you want a different thickness) salt pepper some nice strong mustard (optional. But mustard is classic) vinegar or very sour lemon juice. 15-20ml per egg (very personal preference. You can add more or less, but it must be there to make things work) You can add in other things for flavor. If you have a high vinegar content sriracha then you can use that plus a bit more in replacement of the vinegar. honey and mustard is also nice. whole grain mustard also nice You can also remove the egg whites or some of them if you want a more rich mayo. process is: eggs, vinegar/lemon, salt, pepper and mustard in food processor with the large blades. Give it a quick blitz to combine. Turn to medium speed and slowly drizzle in the oil or oil mixture. If your food processor has a feeder hole at the top. Usually the part that goes in there has a few holes in it at the bottom for slow drizzling. I use that and it makes my life easy. Keep adding the oil till you either have finished adding or till you reach the thickness you want. Note: most food processors can make 2 whole eggs and 400ml oil worth of mayo. Which is a lot. That will typically yield around 800ml or more. Should come out thick and stiff like a hellmans. Also can we hear the story of Pasta getting "tucked in" by mama Zeos? lol Edit: Now the question is....did I get 20 likes for a mayo recipe or because I am asking the really tough questions? 50 likes and I'll post a video on how to make mayo lol. It's never going to happen so I'm safe.

Make sure what ever you do it meets the legal definition of mayo, our you will be in the same trouble miracle whip is in where you have a mayonnaise that has too much or not enough vinigar, I forget exactly what.

Dude no joke, my Publix down here in South Florida has Duke’s buy one (4.09 for 32oz) get one free like once every couple months. I am still using up the last Duke’s BOGO when I got 6 of them. If you need any, I can let you know next time the sale is up and I’ll get you some shipped up north. Even with shipping it’ll be way cheaper than Amazon. Best mayo in the land. I rarely even use mayo in sandwiches and all of that, but I use mayo all the time in sauces and other condiments and go through Duke’s like it is oxygen.

Similar to the Ohms, omni up to a specific frequency then directional from there.. The LXmini is open baffle from that point.. The Late Linkwitz site has all the details! Hey Zeos, so I was going through some articles and found something that might interest you. www.stereophile.com/content/carver-challenge Now, whether you are a reader or not, I don't know. But when I read that 1985 Stereophile article, I was reminded of your personal vendetta against Snake Oil in Audio, and honestly, that article was too eye-opening not to send it in to you. It's thought-provoking how things in Audio are, how everything is subjective and any desired signature could be trickled down from something else, like Alchemy!
