I hope Zeos gets the M300 mkii. A shootout of Edifier S3000 Pro VS Swan D300 VS Swan M300 VS Swan M300mkii would be amazing! Then, after that, the Swan M300mkii VS Swan M500 to see how much difference the extra power and bigger woofer makes. I personally prefer reviews on the D300 / M300 / M300mkii as opposed to the M3A series and reviews on the M500 as opposed to the M5A series because the x300 & M500 series are more affordable than the MxA series but that's just me.

I didnt know this but there are 2 other versions of this speaker in the ( D ) line up. The d200s & d100s. Well, amazon has only the d100s right now. They are only $199.00 Right now. I'm going to ATTEMPT to save the money to buy them. But, but, BUT ..................... I would be very amazed if they are going to still be available in two weeks. Because of the Z effect !!!!! That means that everyone will probably buy them all before I get a chance to purchase a pair. I will be pissed again, again, yes again. This happens way to often with speakers. I want a pair of the lesser expensive models. The lower model number people because I dont need the big monsters. Just the quality of the d line up.

PSA: These seem to only be available in a 220V version on Ali Express. That leaves us Americans out of luck, which is sad because it looks like these were a 110V version and Swan may have canceled them? Anyways, for now there is at least some stock of the brown D1090’s on Amazon, and hopefully some of the issues have been fixed. Luckily, I prefer a dome tweeter to the directional beams of an AMT/ribbon anyways. Will add this to the review too in case it helps anyone.

In the process of trying speakers out, much like trying on shoes or pants its very hard to buy them online. I have these speakers, they are going back they dont fit my ears... I rather the Edifier S2000MIII which aren't as loud, but sound better play at louder volumes, I figured $600 vs $400 speakers it would have been the more expensive ones. The Edifiers would be perfect if they had a sub-out.

I have the Swan M300 for my TV. No weak sound bars or complicated home theater setups needed when Captain America is on the job. Gotta admit, the D300 looks a helluva lot better. Kinda makes me wanna place an order. One could say that about damn near every Zeos video. I call it the Z Effect.

Yes but these are $400 while the M300 (mark 1) are $530 so maybe the M300 is still higher-end than the D300.
