@@tenwrzasku Keep the sawdust burning from the inside vs top.Create the rocket effect. It will burn faster/hotter if you keep the flame in the middle and won't cave in and smother the air coming in.

The Next one you build. 1) Bring Intake Air, In from outside is better. No warm air from shop leaving through the Stove. 2) Lower your exhaust to just above the middle of the drum, and it will be much better/hotter. Drum will get much hotter on top and Radiate into the shop better. Exhaust Pipe will become much cooler. More Heat in the Shop Now.. Much better. Everything else is good.. Correct Size and Ratios. Longer Exhaust outside, the Better the draft. Always: More Intake Volume Available than Air that Enters the Drum. Hot Air Expands. Ratios Important. 11:00 looks like you are welding a galvanized elbow. That is Zinc or Cadmium plated and extremely toxic to breath the heated fumes from welding.
