I recommend washing the wheels before the body; that way you won't accidentally contaminate the body after you clean it. You can work faster in this order as well, because you won't be making careful movements to prevent contaminating the body. It's also important to use the wheel cleaning solution on dry wheels. If the wheels are wet, the cleaning solution will be diluted and won't work as effectively.

There's nothing like hand-washing your love-vehicle by yourself. You can feel and see any stone chips and other minor damages which remind you to take good care of your love-vehicle. I live in Canada and I can only do this during warmer seasons.
