HFTF nailed the time stop super with it gradually draining the super meter and the player can do whatever they want until the meter fully drains. It's a shame so few games have the balls to fully replicate it.

You missed the manual time stops from JoJo ASBR. Both DIO and Jotaro can do them, just like in JoJo HFTF. Also, the fact that you showed off the animation for moves from other games multiple times makes it strange you didn't show the regular version of DIO's super move, or his other super move where he also uses time stop.

In the Japanese version of Castlevania Judgement, Aeon's time stop super actually goes further with the reference. Whole in the English dub he finishes it with "Time marches on", in the original Japanese version, he finished it off by saying "そして 時は動き出す" or "Soshite toki wa ugokidasu" similar to DIO from Heritage to the Future

Fun fact, Axl's time stop has to actually hit for it to work, so if you have an intangible/invincible move, you can go through it, most notably with dandy vampire slayers "imma get fucking naked" punch.
