It's always personal when you're trying to inflict pain on somebody

I agree with you.. but it's crazy how after inflicting pain they can go kiss and make up..

I love zabs growth he's literally one of my favorite personalities post boxing career and he was a dope fighter.

This was a great interview brother Zab represented himself and Brownsville well. As a Brownsville native myself great example of resilience and tenacity. GM "B"

The first time I saw Zab and Floyd was on Raekwon video 100 rounds and was instantly inspired. At that time didn't know they would end up fighting in a classic. Shouts out to both hall of famers. Yall got me into boxing.

I’ve always liked Floyd in the ring, but I was more of a Zab fan until Floyd mastered Zab’s style in the ring.
@davidmaez72535 ай бұрын
I liked that fight between Zab and Floyd , Zab was guaranteed 3 million plus back end of PPV sales. He had lost a decision to Carlos Baldomir 3 months before the Mayweather fight. Those were the days.
@MrMaccntosh7up4 ай бұрын
Zab had already had a loss or 2 before the Floyd fight, one being a TKO if im not mistaken. 1 loss for sure. So to say nobody can beat u at that time is kinda crazy. And Floyd EASILY beat the guy that beat Zab as well. Styles make fights tho 🤷🏾♂️. Zab was good, just didn't stay focused or train hard consistently. Too much outta the ring trouble/distractions too. Remember the Dice Game fight in Miami? Was on KZbin in the early days. Zab was a wild boi

I love Zab but everybody plays that "i was doing good but i got tired" thing. Even McGregor said it. Fact is even if(it ain't tho) but even if, does a runner say, i was winning until I got tired?

Hell my homeboy came to the gym one time sparred and said shit I’m an Undefeated fighter I never lost a fight or won one 🤣🤣🤣… he wasn’t lying

I really dig what Zab accomplished in the sport of boxing but anything past six rounds with Zab, it always gets questionable. Floyd even called him a front runner.
@thegreat15484 ай бұрын
Because he is a 5th & 6th round fighter. After that you can beat zab by applying pressure. Just don't let him catch you early because that's where he's most powerful. . .
@delmarfo5 ай бұрын
Zab lets ne honest, Floyd wasn't pot shotting you. He was pressing the action and dominating the fight until you intentionally hit him low because you was on the verge of getting knocked out.
@robertpitts81615 ай бұрын
This is very true.
@luggerphilippe84095 ай бұрын
He did hit him low..but zab seemed really strong in that fight I don't know why he did that he didn't seem like he needed to do that.

For about 5 rds Zab definitely was winning. You can't even argue no less than 5-0, 4-1

3-2 zab

Zab won rounds 1, 2(should have been a knockdown) and 4. Floyd clearly won the 3rd and 5th round. Judah was up after 5 but it wasn't 5-0 or 4-1.

Zab simply lost to Floyd, doesn’t make Zab less of man to lose to an all time great. But let’s give the fans some honesty in this day excuses and bullshit chatter.

Who’s saying he didn’t lose to Floyd?
@MrMixItup4 ай бұрын
@@spenser6353 Winning or losing the fight wasn't my point, my point was simply Zab fought a good fight, the best he had left after the L he took against Kostya Tszyu.

I mean what did you think would happen, after the blatant Low Blow, and you and your Dad's antics afterward? I'm sure Floyd wasn't interested in being friends anymore after all that.

Zap my man but it seemed like he wasn’t taking boxing serious then yo he just came off a lost to the Cinderella guy I knew he wasn’t gonna be Floyd I didn’t want to see that fight as a 17 year old nigga tryna box looking up to these guys Roy was my #1 Zap 2 then Floyd but I knew back then on that list Floyd was the best

Zab intentionally hit Flyd Low bc he was close to getting stopped.. Zab was definitely ahead mid way & didn't get the knockdown when Floyds glove touched the canvas... Think about all the times that Floyd just toyed with fighters in the early rounds them pressed the action when his opponent got gassed...
