Reporters now a days instead of asking real questions are deliberately asking questions that put someone under a bad assumption or is to just insult someone in general. This interview was more like a debate instead of an actual interview. The reporter and the spokesperson are playing a game of chess with words. It is amazing still to see how the spokesperson is able to remain so calm despite deliberate attempts by the reporter to start a fight he believes he would win in. If you are a guest at someone's house, don't go in behaving terribly. I guess common courtesy no longer exists nowadays, sure he is a Taliban but as a reporter one's job is to squeeze as much information out of someone during an interview and care about politics later. All I see was that this was just a waste of an interview where the Taliban spokes person demonstrates how skilled he is the whole time while the reporter was just trying to make everything seem as bad as possibly with little practical information squeezed out.

He has patience of a sage! If I were asked this question after fighting for 20 years on my land, If I wouldn't punch him in the face, I'd definitely lose my temper at such a ridiculous question! What were the Canadians doing there, distributing roses and cakes?

He is asking questions like he is talking to a small kid. Like just bow down to all western requirements and you will be fine. Loved when the journalist with his over the top facial expressions said that 'girls and education are important to make an impression to the west' and the guy responds it's important for our future.

what kind of reporter is this? foreign soldiers come to their country and they died, why do you ask him to say sorry? Canada even doesn't know why they sent the troops out there. The reporter needs to ask Canada's gov responsibilities.

Taliban are distributing foods stuffs to the needy families every month. Three members of our relatives were addicted to drugs and they were losted by their families Taliban treated them and now they are living with their wife, children and families happily ever and also Taliban are providing them with financial and food assistance on a monthly basis.
