Body dysmorphia is very common. Counting your calories will remove this “relationship with food” almost entirely. The calories you get from food are just energy to move around, some are more healthy than others though. It is okay to eat non healthy food in moderation aka by counting calories you won’t gain weight. Instead of eating a whole cake, maybe you have a slice. Instead of a whole pizza maybe you have a child’s pizza or a half pizza.

I have always liked Zac since his HSM days. His “Down to Earth” series was a great way to get my family into conservation issues. The media should stop making diet a topic of conversation because it really fuels an unhealthy fixation on appearance. I appreciate that Zac shared his tips. Being in ketosis isn’t about 0 carb but low carb intake. So depending on what’s considered low carb for his body (I’m sure he had a team/person assist with that) he could have been in ketosis eating sweet potatoes. Maybe his number was 45 carbs

I don't really get how he could be in Ketosis if he was consistently eating sweet potatoes. Ketosis requires a VERY low amount of carbs on the daily. One serving of sweet potatoes would exceed the normal total carb intake you could generally have while remaining in Ketosis.
