The only thing rammus have to go for if there proxy gets blocked is the fact then the first 15 min top jungle and even mid will be half of there time running around after rammus. If the team can capitalise on that maybe.

The last game I played i was fighting a blue at the 19.50 min mark to check this out. It morphed at the 20 min mark while half HP into the upgraded blue buff monster. So its def got something to do with the 20 min timing.

Yeah but heres the thing, i have also found non upgraded jungle buffs post 20 min. So its got something to do with how many times theyve actually been killed before that point for them to upgrade.

Spirit Visage is objectively better on Zac than rookern. With rank 3 ultimate spirit visage heals for 10% max hp per blob. If you have grievous wounds in you it heals 6%. It takes 3 blobs to match the value of rookern. This is not including any other heals or shield you may receive. Also, rookern is only active once per engagement. While rookern is still useful, it will always be bought as a second MR item, after visage, if the enemy team has heavy magic damage that.
