R.I.P. Jimmy. This song was a huge hit, when we went to Cuba. It played all day long for that week. It was the first time my Love had seen a palm tree and she grew up by the ocean in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. I sat in a sailing club in Baddeck, Cape Breton and they told me of a story that you had sailed in, in your sailboat. I have dreamed of that lifestyle ever since, but somehow got landlocked and asset rich and cash poor in Alberta,Canada. I’m 17 now but I used to listen to all the good country songs when I was really little. Post people don’t understand what a childhood is. This is real country music with a beautiful meaning. Life is beautiful and don’t let anyone bring you down.
