It’s so refreshing to hear his songs and know that someone else feels the way you do. Then you see how popular he has become, and how many people can relate to those same words and it makes you feel less alone in it all. Mine Again is so underrated IMO.

My momma passed in March tomorrow is five months. It hurts so much . My daughter passed last September and I can barely breath most days . Just found this song tonight. It hit home for sure . Your grandma loved you dearly, believe that . I raised three of my eight grand children. They are grown now 24 twins and their brother is 28. I am grateful they stay in close touch with me. Stay Strong and know your grandma watches over you.

I think not a single one of us can express just how hard this song hits home. We all have our own struggles, and we all relate to his lyrics in our own way. But it all comes back to that same line "Life is just as fleeting as the passing dawn" I hope to speak for the majority of us listening to this, today or tonight, wherever we are, whatever we are going through, life is short. Make the most of the time we have left and don't give up. Just enjoy the ride through all its ups and downs ❤

Not saying you’d ever do otherwise, but keep up those two weekends a month man. My happiest memories as a kid were seeing my dad every other weekend. Life with mom wasn’t easy and he made all the difference. I’m 42 now and I love the man more than anything in the world. He taught me how to fish on those Saturdays and took me to a thousand movies on Sundays and gave me my love of Motown and blues and a thousand other things. My point is, she misses you too, my friend!

LYRICS: [Verse 1: Zach Bryan] Wake me up when the season's gone 'Cause I've wasted all my dawns on you So what do I do? Oh, what I do? [Verse 2: Zach Bryan] I get fucked up just 'cause I'm scared Love's just another drug I have grown a victim to So what do I do? Oh, what do I do? [Verse 3: Zach Bryan, Both] All is fair in love and war So what the hell are we even fightin' for? I'm on your front porch beggin' for my dawns back Give my goddamn records and my clothes back 'Cause I'm through Oh, how I'm through [Pre-Chorus: Zach Bryan, Both] And by the time she wakes I'll be halfway to my mama's home It just dawned on me Life is as fleeting as the passin' dawn And it was my mistake 'Cause she never said a thing about Jesus I miss my mother's southern drawl And her prayin' through the walls in the evening [Chorus: Both] Give me my dawns back Everything that dies makes its way back I lost her last July in a heart attack I need one small victory (Mm) Give me my dawns back 'Cause everything that dies makes its way on back I lost her last July in a heart attack I need one small victory [Post-Chorus: Maggie Rogers, Zach Bryan] Ooh Ooh [Bridge: Zach Bryan, Both] Wake me up when the season's gone 'Cause I've wasted all my dawns on you So what do I do? Oh, what I do? [Pre-Chorus: Maggie Rogers] And by the time he wakes I'll be halfway to my best friend's home It just dawned on me Life is as fleetin' as the passin' dawn And I shoulda told him twice I believe in somethin' bigger than both of us I miss goin' out to bars, shootin' stars Not worryin' 'bout what's left of us, mm [Chorus: Both, Maggie Rogers] Mm, give me my dawns back Everything that dies makes its way on back I lost her last July in a heart attack I need one small victory (Mm) Give me my dawns back Everything that dies makes its way on back I lost her last July in a heart attack I need one small victory [Post-Chorus: Zach Bryan, Maggie Rogers] Ooh (Mm) Ooh (Ooh) [Outro: Both] I got fucked up just 'cause I'm scared Love's just another drug I have grown a victim to What do I do? Oh, what do I do

Fckin’ hell brother, I needed this so so so much more than you or anyone else could ever know. Your music is an inspiration, motivation, and encouragement to keep moving forward. No matter what I, or anyone else is going through, you’re able to help cure through beautiful words, speaking to the restless souls who seem to be hopeless and empty. You’re able to help bring hope and begin to fill the void that is continuously eating us from the inside out. I appreciate you, the music you create, the persona you project, and the empathy you’ve somehow figured out to show all the people that need it, all through song. Thank you brother

Absolutely amazing voice! Zach Bryan has got one of the most unique voices in country music I've ever heard. He doesn't need a bunch of instrumentals and background music to sound good. Just pure raw perfect voice and Perfect Harmony in this song!

This song has a totally different meaning to me and I want to share my way to see it with you guys. I had just met this girl and was trying my best to make things work with her, I've been alone for years then, always closing doors to other people and this was a "new try" after a long time for me. But in the middle of those things, when I was "suffering" cause my efforts where not giving me the expected, my godfather died and this broke me in a way I can't explain. At the time I was just 24/7 listening to Zach and this song got a whole new meaning to me because of that. You see, I was caring so much about a girl, losing my dawns on it, and life came and knocked me down and I saw at that moment that the girl wasn't even that important, I was caring a lot for something not that important. But, one special day made this song so important. I remember I was lost in life, a week later after losing my godfather, few people knew cause I'm not that talker about my personal life and he lived far from my city, I went to play a championship in a new sport I was trying and this song started to play on the car when I was on my way, suddenly all the lyrics made sense, I'm caring much of a woman but I miss my godfather (like he miss his mom) and that is breaking me. Nothing was working out on my life, I was a 26 years old boy that had to come back to my parents city and house cause I was not able to fight my depression (which I have since I'm a kiddo) and things where NOT working for me at all, I had no perspective. On this day, with this song playing I just stopped the car and started cry like a little baby thinking about how unfair life was and how I was missing him. He was never a phisically present one at all, but was always that tipe of person who gave me a reason to believe I was a nice person, that I was good, always telling me how amazing I am and how much he loved me. At that moment I just started to repeat to myself "I need one small victory", I had played on that championship in the last day and got obliterated and had a new chance, this day I played with all my life, had the performance of my life, never played a game that good, and I won the fucking thing, I new it was for him, for my godfather, and since that day this song has a whole new meaning to me. You guys see, when he speaks about love being another drug, I understand him a lot, cause being a guy who suffered a lot with psychiatric issues, love just seems to be fucking hard and heartbreaking in a way I don't know if i'm capable of that. I was genuinely lost and just wanted to move on and have some wins on my life. Life is really as fleeting as the passin dawn. Today I'm "living" my life again and moved on in a lot of stuff, moved out of my parents house and things started working a little bit for me. I'm also investing in love again with a girl I know for almost 5 years who has been my best friend ever since, we always had someting but I donnou why, never worked out, maybe wasn't the time for that and now is, who knows? I'm trying to see the glass almost full right now. Also, I'm not that much of a religious guy, some people would even call my a atheist (which I'm not), I do have my own way to see a relation with someting bigger then us, I just like to thing in something bigger that gives us life to enjoy it in the simple way, be kind and loving and those songs are helping me to see things that way. Well, that's my story, donnou if I expressed myself in the best way, sorry if I did made some grammatical errors (english not my first language), hope everyone is ok, which you guys all the love, and remember, people who make us feel like we are a better person are rare and should be valorized. Ps: I had a guittar for 13 years and never learned to play, songs like those are making me want to learn now.

Dapper Dan 0 seconds ago So glad I found that I was able to come across Zach Bryan’s music. I’m Oklahoma boy proud to be from God’s country which makes me like his music even more because I’m out of state now for a year or so, but so ready to get back. I read someone’s comment that Zach Bryan doesn’t have a bad song and I couldn’t agree more. He is the country Juice WRLD every song is good. I only know two artist that’s ever done that and it would be juice and Zach please keep the songs coming. I love raw and real you are and I think that’s what the country needs right now.
