Wake up babe, new old footage of zach doing something that seems physically impossible

It’s so fucking wild to hear “xxx is up next” after Zach finishes playing. He’s just a normal dude playing at an open mic, he just so happens to be Zach hill though. I couldn’t even imagine trying to go up after him and play my own stuff lol.

The fact that Zach and Greg can shed all night long with solos like this, just amazes me how much longevity they have. makes me feel like an amateur lmao

@@PleaseGodSmiteMe ... and the gig is to just, like... sit down and blast out sticking patterns against an opponent as fast as you both can for as long as possible and see who collapses first or something?
@user-jl8nd3cr1e2 жыл бұрын
@@Glitch-nr9ct it's a noise thing sonically but also a lot of really interesting patterns can be done when you do duo solos. i think for most people it is one of those things where you have to be there to get it, kinda like how looking at a Rothko on the internet is totally different from seeing one in person. i saw Greg Saunier (one guy in this clip) do this with a local guy at an afterparty show and it was incredible.

What, you don't like to watch two guys blast out single strokes with zero musicality or nuance for 44 minutes straight?
@induss14919 ай бұрын
sloppy and lacking any dynamics...boring
@chalk97608 ай бұрын
listen to Zach's other music, and you'll start to get it. But if you're just gonna be a lazy and unreliable critic without doing any research on it, no one is gonna listen to you.
