I'm still very high off Dalen Terry's game. Once he slows himself down to a controlled tempo on offense, he's gonna be a fantastic role player. Which I believe he's gonna naturally slow down when he finds consistent minutes whether that be on the bulls or some other team

No he’s the 5th option because he went from a rebuilding team to a team that was competing and also learn the context of what is being said. Hell even Vooch wasn’t getting plays called for him before this season. His passive nature is what leads to him not taking more shots. Not the fact he isn’t getting plays called for him

@ Haize he was a 4th overall pick. Now that ship has sailed as far as the expectations of a 4th overall pick. But his play has led to those expectations being lowered. If he was more aggressive he would get more plays called for him leading to him being a higher priority on the offensive end. I’m not in favor of him just chucking up shots just so he can be aggressive. But I and most fans want him to take advantage of his physical abilities. At this point in his career I just see him as a nice rotational player.

Yeah and that is what he is. The expectations of a 4th overall pick are due to the organization drafting him there not because of him. The reality is that he is a role player. But as I pointed with Vooch being more agressive doesn't all of a sudden afford you more play calls. Caruso and Javonte were more aggressive did they get more plays called for them? No they didn't but their aggression got them baskets at the rim

@ it had to be something this front office saw in P Will that made them draft him as high as they did. Patrick has all the physical tools that should make him a good to great player. He has the size, athleticism, shooting and ball handling ability. So what’s his biggest problem? Lack of aggression. And far as Vooch, P Will or any other player not getting their number called on the offensive end is a Billy Donavan problem. You know as well as I do that Billy is not a great developmental coach. So I do wonder what P Will would look like playing for a coach that is great at developing players. But somehow I still think Patrick main problem is his mindset.

We don't get this type of play from Patrick Williams on a regular basis because he's the Bulls 5th scoring option in that starting lineup. And he's treated as such. Give him the damn ball. The coaching staff needs to make more plays for him.

That’s ridiculous, he’s the 5 th option because of himself. I have faith in him but stop with the every one, or coaching is holding him back. He has had more opportunities than most would’ve killed for.

His aggressiveness or lack there of is HIS own fault. And that has nothing to do with defense. Draymond Green has been the 5th option in terms of ppg, but you ALWAYS know Green is on the court. Because he plays with tenacity and heart. That's on Williams and NO ONE ELSE.

Best win? Hell naw. That was a very lucky win that could've easily ended as another loss if not for that Knicks last second missed shot that almost went in. The Bulls have gotta better. We can't continue to give up leads like that.
