Zach Osborne's protege Jack Chambers takes victory in his first British MX championship even at Lyng

American Jack Chambers scored a last-minute MX2 GP ride for the Dixon Kawasaki team, thanks to his trainer Zach Osborne recommending him. So two GPs in and with a free weekend, he took a wildcard ride at the second round of the British championship at the historic Lyng track.
Taking a hard-fought second in the opener behind first round winner, Isak Gifting. But in a rain-lashed race two, Chambers got into the lead then the race was red-flagged and he was demoted to second place.
A day later, organisers made a U-turn on the decision so he was awarded 2-1 finishes to take the win. Justice for Jack!

it,s great that kawasaki have taken jack on and given him the opurtunity to race in the uk and mx2 in world motocross. and it,s great for us the spectators to see new blood racing it adds some umph to the scene.

So good when American riders come over to Europe, Covington and Sanayei were so good to watch. Chambers seems to be enjoying himself and it’s going to benefit him so hard In the future. Good to see.

Do you wanna tell kids they are all gonna make it even though they aren’t or tell them straight up. If you aren’t fast at a certain age your never gonna be good in the sport.
