Harry what I liked most about the episode was the emphasis on scaling with caution. However, I feel you guys missed discussing the long-term visibility of product roadmaps for employees, which is crucial in ensuring alignment and reducing internal friction during such scaling efforts. Additionally though could have explored the impact of cultural shifts within teams as companies grow, which can significantly affect execution in my experience.
