No, I went down to the local gun store and bought myself my first handgun. It was a M1911, and I shot it on that day. I was still in the military at the time, so I took it back to the barracks room and cleaned it, even though some of my friends decided to invite me out drinking. In the military, I was issued an M4, which is probably one of the few guns I would consider myself an 'Expert' at. I like to think I took care of it, especially since I took care of the other M4s in the unit I was in. Speaking of M4s, someone came in and asked for a custom M4A1 built for them. 13.7 inch barrel, Griffin Armament M4SD Suppressor, Magpul CTR stock, and a Daniel Defense M-Lok vertical foregrip mounted onto a Geissele MK16 13.5 inch handguard. Ergonomics must be over 50, and less than 270 recoil sum, and not over 3.5kg in weight. Hopefully he takes care of this rifle as well as I did."

My cleaning kit is just lying on top of my bookcase waiting to be used. Oh yeah, had enough money from Christmas gifts and my birthday that I was seriously concerning buying a used MK23 that I found locally but I also really wanted the new Steam Deck. I bought the Steam Deck 😅. MK23 will have to wait just a bit longer.
