I love this rendition, it sounds far more... Sinister and... Well, predatory than I'm used to. Less like Hades is offering a short-term better option and letting Eurydice decide, but more like it's meant to lure and entice

If you haven’t seen HADESTOWN with hin playing, please do go see it! I sat at the second row when I saw him(or you if you, perform and since it’s literally only inches away from the actual stage you call see all the characters even without the head light shining on them. And since I’m really invested in theatre and how they act on stage even when they’re not singing and he was just brilliant. He was Hades himself on the stage, every movement (even eye contact!!) seems so lively. I went for the “wait for me” song and got hooked with how fantastic he is and actor as well as a singer. Not to mention, even though the stage door was crowded he was so genuinely nice and appreciative!! ( They perform daily or sometimes more than that so stage door might not be for everyone but he was so nice) I got his autograph but I didn’t manage to get a photo with him. (Probably cause I was star-struck hehe) Wow this was way too long but anyways, if Zachary James is reading this I just want to say I am hooked ❤and maybe next time we can get a picture together
