Great job again Zach. Did have a quick question though from one of your group hypnosis videos you did on stage. When you are doing the favorite celebrity routine with a subject, what are the other people in their chairs thinking/seeing while waiting their turn? Are they imagining that you are their favorite celebrity? Are they seeing the celebrity that the subject sees? Or do they see it as what you're really doing, where there is no celebrity and it's just you? I look at their facial expressions and can't really tell what's going on in their mind.

That's not true. Hypnosis is a natural state that we all go into. We all create beliefs and get really lost into them. Like when you were a kid, perhaps you believed in Santa Claus. You'd probably heard from some older kid that it was fake, but you had convinced yourself so much that he was real. Hypnosis works on the same principal as that. Like remember when you were a kid an you picked up a stick; pretending it was a machine gun? As you were running around shooting the bad guys, even though you knew it was a stick, after awhile, it sure felt like a machine gun. It sure felt like those bad guys were out to get you. It sure felt real enough. Your brain imagines a whole reality that isn't actually real. It's locked away in your cranium and only knows about the outside world based on nerve impulses. It creates a reality based on those. But it's not real. For instance, your eyes actually see things upside down and your peripheral vision is in black and white. But somehow your brain concocts an image that is right side up and in colour all around. And it makes you believe things like luck, or maybe astrology, or maybe a religion, or maybe a certain way of doing things needs to be done, or maybe whatever. You create beliefs because you hypnotize yourself into believing them and you even look for things that actively make you believe them even more throughout your day. You believe you're lucky? Then when that car accident that hit you didn't actually kill you, you can convince yourself that that means you're very lucky to be alive. If you believe you're unlucky, you'll interpret it to mean that your life sucks cus you were involved in that car accident. Hypnosis only works because humans are made for it to work. The stuff Zach is doing is really showy and fun, but it's all the exact same principal.

Hey, i wanna ask something about looking for subject. When i tried to hypno my friend using induction (sticky arm, sticky eyes, forget name and etc) sometimes they just pretend it. How to know when our subject is pretend or not? My last stage hypno in senior high school (5 years ago) . Or how to looking for "good subject" when street hypnosis? I have big trust issue bcz of this when i play hypnosis 😭

​@@ferrianrp Do not give up, hypno is in the belief, some people just doesn't believe it's real and so, it won't work on them. Try to make them think it is actually real if they believe in it (like in some of Zach's videos where he explains what hypno is all about). Try to make them fully concentrated on you, all focused and stuff. Also, start slowly, don't tell them to forget/freeze at the start. just let them build relaxation and enter that trance state. Try to talk to them in a more relaxed and dominant voice.Also try with someone you are comfortable with that believes in hypno. It will work easier on them. You can train like that so you can be ready to go in a stage again. And hypnosis is a skill that require practice and what better ways to practice than to train with someone you are comfortable with. I just started yesterday and saw some results with a close friend of mine. The first time it didn't work, then I watched a lot of videos on how people hypnotize until I learned a bit and got a technique that works a bit. And another tip, make sure the subject is fully focused on you, if they are not focused they can't be hypnotized. And another tip, I told my friend to forget his name, he didn't then I did like I took it from his mind and he actually forgot it for a moment. Just don't give up, practice makes perfect !
