New crackpot theory: The reason we don't see alien life is because all the planets are listening on the same protected frequencies that nobody is allowed to transmit on
@ytlover79243 жыл бұрын

good one, but you would hear and transmit using the frequency. What i understood by being ilegal to do so, is that normal citenzens cannot transmit using that specific frequency, as to not interfere with the "connection" to the outside whatsoever. I suppose the governments would take it upon themselves to every now and then send a signal to see the results, and they would keep listening for outside singlas aswell.

F = ma is just stating the relationship between forces for acceleration of a mass, not the kinetic energy. Please don't use the word "energy" so loosely, as it is not something interchangeable with everything. Too many people do that mistake, and it is stupid. I recall reading a quote that refusing the Nobel prize + its $1 million (or the Fields Medal and the $1 million of Millennium Prize in the case of Perelman) is just a more noisy and controversial way to accept the Nobel prize / Fields Medal and the million bucks. People who reject such awards and that kind of money gain a certain kind of fame which is different and very particular. They are the "rebels" who did not bow down to the "system". The same applies to British people who have been offered knighthood and rejected it. These are the ones who "refused to bow down to the Queen".

The bike problem was the topic of my study project in University... and it is explainable. It´s because of the small distance between the hinge of the wheel and the axis of the handlebar. If the bike falls to one side, the front wheel turns to this side so the bike rolls into a circular motion with a centripetal force pointing away from the center so the bike gets a push to the other side.

Love you just for this video alone. Also kind of scary yt algorithm been checking P vs NP on Wikipedia lately and it popped up here too, and to think I started watching your funny videos before these ones, I was missing out.

How can a person of his age have NO friends or people who know him whatsoever, except that one woman? :-O
@zachstar5 жыл бұрын
That’s why I love that story, everything is so weird. How could no one in the world claim to know him yet this one woman (who was of almost no help) seemed to. And the only connection she had to everything was her number conveniently being in a book that had a single torn section that happened to be in his pocket.

Anyone analyzed the DNA of the Somerton Man yet? Back in the 1940s, the technology didn't exist. It does now.

I am not sure how much this helps but can confirm they did do a DNA analysis from this source and other sources. www.newidea.com.au/somerton-man-adelaide-70-year-mystery

The answer is quite a lot. The universe is so exponentially infinite (infinite microscopically and macroscopically, in all directions), that perhaps finite beings aren’t meant to understand it all.

But we solved the Wow signal already.. just a different kind of Supernova emission we didnt know could exist at the time Something like that.
@sinnadar20255 жыл бұрын
And, radio waves are not just sound waves at a higher frequency, and we know how bicycles balance. Appreciate what he's trying to do, but not a good source of information.

True. But i do appreciate his content. Its the kind of stuff i would have made, iffin' i didnt have ADD. I really admire his humble passion for the subject matters and self study. As far as ive seen, this is the only video where some things went off for me, but unfortunately alot of the solutions we've found in the last 2 decades haven't been widely broadcasted as they should be.

My hypothesis to a self standing moving bike is that as the tires are spinning, the only influential rotational axis is parallel with the ground. If you continued to pedal the bike while in the air, the bike would begin an accelerated backspin until both the rotation of the wheels and the backspinning of the bicycle are in coaxial rotation.
