And it worked. The scene was beautiful. My only gripe about it was the cause and effect of the wreck. So many ‘more logical’ choices for an accident to occur, but that was the one that got the unanimous yes? Plus, Iris wasn’t going fast enough for what happened to happen. And, why make the car explode? (It looked like that was thrown in as an afterthought.)

This is all about the Knightmare Timeline where Batman unintentionally messed it all up in Justice League 2 when we find out Lois Lane's Death was the key for Superman Turning Evil, and in Justice League 3, Batman will reassemble the team again to reverse the Knightmare timeline outcomes with the help of Flash's time travel abilities, so that Superman won't turn into Evil and he'll be very helpful further for defeating Darkseid 🔥 ❤️ I wish WB allows Jack Snyder to restore & release these future projects in the right ways. ❤️ 😍

The new Justice League theme is actually played throughout the film. What you hear in the end/epilogue is the theme but slower and then sped up when Martian Manhunter is about to fly. It also plays when the team are taking off in the troop carrier.

WB didn't let Snyder have GL in the movie from the start 'cause Geoff Johns thinks he owns the IP and wanted to do his own GL show even after the Ryan Reynolds flop he delivered. Without a doubt the most powerful line in the movie for me is “I’m not broken, and I’m not alone.” As someone who has struggled with severe depression and anxiety my whole life I found that line to be so simple and so powerful. I cried so hard because I know that pain, but I also know I’m not alone. And I know for a fact Zack Snyder added that line himself for his daughter Autumn. So all I can say to everyone else out there struggling with that same pain and isolation remember You Are Not Alone. My hope is that whether it’s in animation, or comics or some other form of media, somehow Zack Snyder will be able to complete his vision for the DCEU. Thank You Ray Fisher and thank you Zack Snyder!

The Irony that Zack SNyder wanted to show Cyborg was.....where his story does become full circle is that....Cyborg as powerful as he was he couldn’t save his father whilst Cyborg had hatred for his father not being at the game and thinking potentially that his presence in the game would have set off a different course of actions and his mother could have survived. That understanding is what propelled him to fight off the mother boxes hold on him. I extremely loved that.

About Aquaman not changing character. You see him from being a loner, to start caring about the others. Specially sympathizing with Victor, showing how he is not just an asshole like in Josstice. And Flash with Iris works in different levels. It shows us that he is an established hero, how powerful he is and how he and she have fallen in love (something that would be explored in the solo Flash movie). Also, Clark couldn't save his dad becuae he didn't have much use of his powers, he was way younger at that point. Besides Jonathan doing that sign of not wanting to be safe to show how he would do anything for his son's safety. Zack does get humans, come on, haha. From there, I do agree in a lot of stuff and the general enjoyment of ZSJL. Doesn't feel like a 4 hour movie but way way shorter, which shows how good was Zack with the rythm of the film. One of my favorites of his and even in black and white is an experience. It's like watching an omnibus edition coming to life.

Just a small comment, the Justice League definitely had a theme. Its called The Foundation in the soundtrack listing and it is a subtle homage to the DCAU Justice League theme. Junkie XL did a great job with the music.

There is a JL theme, it played many times from the beginning of the film. The Crew at Warpower. And actually it built up across the course of the film so that when we get that scene with them on the hill, the theme is fully realized.

Zoker scene fits the story In the nightmare sequence, batman sees one possibility where loise lane dies in batcave , superman cries and thinks Batman is responsible. Darksied seems consoling him and superman turns bad. So joker says to batman why could not you save loise lane ? He alleges that batman didn't have courage to die himself ( in an attempt of saving loise lane ) and screwed up whole world (in their timeline ) by letting superman turn bad. In Batman Vs superman movie , in another dream of Batman, batman sees flash from future telling Batman to save loise lane. That dream is also connected to night mare sequence of this Snyder cut.

Yes, exactly. I don't get why people say that the Joker knightmare here seems out of place, unless they forgot Cyborg's vision here and they don't know about thet BvS knigtmares. It makes perfect sense if you think about Barry implying that he's not supposed to break the rule and reverse time. For me, I think it's a consequence of him reversing time. When we see Cyborg's vision, Wonder Woman and Aquaman are dead and Superman is evil. And in the Joker scene, Mara is pissed that Aquaman is dead. Joker tells us that it's Batman's fault that Lois is dead. We assume that Wonder Woman is dead. Deathstroke is with them. Barry is in his BvS suit. And Superman is evil. I think this is the timeline that Barry travels from in BvS to tell Batman that Lois is the key. Not to make Superman calm down in this movie but to prevent this from happening in the future.

Superman remembered who he was quickly, because wonder woman laso helped him remember quickly. That's why he was able to come back so quick and attacked Batman so viciously until Lois came and calm him down even more and let him, know to forgive Batman for what he has done and his mother helped to when she asked why is he back, then he said, it has to be a reason. So he figured that they needed him so much, that him fighting with Batman in Batman vs Superman, was insignificant to this threat surpasses all that. Things must have hit the fan for them to bring him back. Also when he went to his ship and seeing and hearing both his fathers talking, helps him remember too. When he talked to Alfred, he got the full picture of why they brought him back. So all that let him get his senses back and fight with everyone.

When Clark recognises Lois after rebirth, he stops attacking batman. But to answer to Jaby's question on how and when that angry to calm transition happens, check his expressions when he hugs Lois, that "CONTACT". He feels the presence of his baby there. Thus the instant shift. The thing about DCEU is, it's not spoon-fed like Marvel. Thus the confusion.

When they bring Superman back to life. The mother box touches the water, dips like 2 inches and because flash is so fast he reverses time - the box comes back up again and then drops when he touches it. His father also tells him to make his own future. There were many references during the movie leading up to the climax where he actually reverses time and makes his own future.

I really liked the 4:3 ratio. I think you have it backwards. The movie was shot for IMAX...and, for regular theatres, it is cropped to letterbox. I do agree about Diana’s narration. The whole time I was thinking, “are you not sitting in a room, telling this to Bruce?”
