Dude I'm so excited about this. Your video was the first I'd heard about the trailer release, so I appreciate you covering it. It was good to hear your take. I figure Snyder is likely paying tribute to all the great sci-fi films of the past, which I have no problem with. I'm a huge Snyder fan, and this looks pretty damn cool! I only hope Netflix will consider releasing Snyder's films on physical media.

There's a fine line between inspiration and plagiarism. A lot of the designs looked like the sci-fi classics you mentioned but it does come down to context and how they're used. Maybe it's homage, maybe it's just a rip-off. I'll be watching them for sure regardless cause the trailer looks amazing.
