Why doesn't Angelina ever mention her father?! Or maybe she took her voice from his genes and thanks to that she's making a career today?! On the other hand, her mother poses as some teenager and also doesn't mention anything about her husband, i.e. Angelina's father. To me it's strange... They say that Angelina has a good heart, but somehow she doesn't say anything about her father! It's sad... It's also sad to me that Angelina no longer mentions that girl she once met and now performs barefoot. Has Angelina tried to find that girl? Why doesn't anyone ask her these questions about her father and that girl from Asia!?

All good questions. From my understanding the relationship with the father is a bit estranged and I don't think he ever wanted to be publicly identified routinely. As for the girl, I know AJ keeps her very close to heart and her refusal to wear shoes is in and of itself a mention every time. I don't think she needs to tell all her stories every time there's a camera and certainly doesn't owe anyone explanations about her personal and familial life. We tune in to enjoy the beauty of her song, not her personal business.

The questions you ask concern exclusively her private life and that belongs to her and it is not because she has an artistic life that this gives us the right to intrude her private life as the media does and this genre do so much of curiosity is in my opinion to banish from our habits and let the rumors remain remors and that only our heat dictates our actions and our reason and moreover if Angelina does not talk about thse things we must respect her and I am sure that herself would approve of what I say,... thank you.

Angelina Has sung this song on several occasions there is a video of a rehearsal at 8 years old & 9 years old TV performance & 11 years old at her home & twice at 17 years old the Portsmouth concert and the Nobel peace prize, and twice at 18 years old at the Las Vegas concert & the LA concert

I love the tender way she performed this, similarly restrained and heartfelt as in the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony. The feeling AJ brings to every song is astonishing to me. She's an empathic genius, I think. This one has a similarly heartfelt quality to her performances of Million Miles. She really means this, and seems to be thinking of Nargis Mohammedi, who was being honored by the Nobel Prize committee.

Again, this is a ballad and was recorded by Johnny Mathis, Andy Williams, and the greatest version of all was done by John Gary. Now, after hearing AJ's version of Bohemians Rhapsody, I am sure she could do a better job arranging it than the version by Bobby Hatfield that she performed as a child of 9 years of age. I just experienced a short clip from Angelina Jordan's concert in Portsmouth, NH Sept 22, 2023, where she performed Unchained Melody that she rearranged, and it was glorious to say the least. Her father's name is Gerry Christian Slattman, and it was reported that he is an oil exec for a large conglomerate in the Mid - East. I'm not sure what her sister Juliette's surname is, but I believe I've heard it mentioned as being 'Astar', which is Sara's maiden name.

This song has been covered by over 50 singers since 1955 (e.g. Harry Belafonte) before the Righteous Brothers made it famous in 1965. Roy Orbison covered it in 1969 and then Elvis Presley in 1977, making the song world famous. The authorship of the song is disputed. Thank you for your response and greetings from Germany. 😊

This song was written ten years before the Rightous Brothers sang it. It was written in 1955 for a prison movie called Unchained. Elvis only covered the song and had no part in writing it. As I told you before, your chance to see her live in this December 14th in LA. Christmas special. Take your dad with you. It's only a short drive from Arizona. Unfortunately, I can't afford to go again since I just went for her recent concert in LA. Texas is a lot farther and I would have to fly, which I hate, and pay enormous amounts for Ubers to get around, again.
